The client

Ringover is a French cloud telephony and business communications scale-up, growing fast internationally. To support that trajectory, the Sales team needed to hire continuously — across multiple countries at once — without the hiring process becoming growth's bottleneck.

The challenge

Hiring at scale-up pace isn't limited to a single role or market: Ringover needed to strengthen its sales teams across four countries in parallel, with profiles ranging from junior SDR to VP Sales. An internal recruiting team alone couldn't absorb that volume and diversity without sacrificing the quality of the entry filter.
